Production Planner

This position is responsible to develop and execute master production schedule to ensure that all customer order are executed and delivered according to the committed delivery time, establish and regularly update the general lead time for all group of product and confirm the Order Confirmation date for all new incoming order to CS. Monitor and control the execution of all production schedule prior to the original planning.

• Create Master Production Schedule based on order on hand.
• Break down Master Production Schedule into Daily Production Schedule by machine.
• Manage and review production planning based on requirement dates in order to meet the committed delivery date
• Update the daily progress of each job order and communicate to sales team for any potential of delay
• Ensure that the semi-finish goods inventory are in optimum level
• Ensure that all production planning are executed properly to improve the productivity and reduce cost without impacting customer order
• Calculate and issue General Lead Time to sales team in weekly basis./
• Confirm Order Confirmation date for new incoming order to Customer Service.
• Ensure that all MRP data in material master are maintained accurately.
• Ensure job order quantity is tally with order quantity and sales history to avoid over production.

• Min. 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment, with min. 3 years in a supervisor role and in planning.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Energetic, motivated, and able to work in team
• Self-reliant, able to work autonomous
• Stable work history.
