Project Accounting Control

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of the related F&B industry is a plus.
• English is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies Project
• Monitor and analyze all costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Work with other departments to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all costs.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
