Responsibility

  • Responsible for production & planning activities.

  • Ensure full compliance to safety & health guidelines

  • Develop 5S program & continuously monitor and meeting define indexes. 

  • Develop production schedule to meet company needs & coordinate OTD of necessary components & raw materials. 

  • Define daily output impact in the event of equipment downtime. 

  • Recruit, train, certify & develop a robust & adaptable operational team to meet company goals. 

  • Optimize production floor & process layout to reduce waste & increase productivity. 

  • Drive engineering issues & improvements; Quality, Yield, OEE, & cost reduction activities. 

  • Active in curious learning to develop new technological methods & strategies in manufacturing processes.

Requirements 

  • Preferably had Master Degree / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering 

  • Minimum 5 years of working in similar capacity 

  • Experience working in MNC semiconductor or Solar Company would be an added advantages. 

  • Willing to be located at Delta Silicon Cikarang
