Project Manager PLTS

SUMMARY:

The key roles for the Project Manager will be developing project objectives through project charter, consulting and working closely with clients. This position reports to the Head of Project Management & Operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop project objectives through project charter, consulting and working closely with clients

• To plan, organize and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process

• Organize project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resources requirements

• Monitor & report on the status of project including cost, timing, and staffing

• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards

• Identify/resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget

• Integrate vendor task into project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction management, or a related field (or similar)

• Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management

• Minimum 8 years experience in solar PV systems or PLTS Project (IPP or C&I)

• Strong understanding of battery-storage and solar (Photovoltaic) power systems

• Ability to work within a local and international design team

• Strong understanding and skills of design programs/systems (Homer, PVSyst etc.)

• Willing to travel as required on occasion

• Ability to motivate and develop others

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
