PROGRAMER CONSULTANT NETSUITE

Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our NetSuite system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and user requirements.

• Customize and configure NetSuite modules based on business needs.

• Identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors promptly.

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes and procedures.

• Conduct user training sessions to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.

• Proven experience as a NetSuite System Administrator or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and configurations.

• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system implementation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualitfication :

• Minimum D3 major Information Technology, information system, Accounting, Management or Economic, or other relevant fields.

• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and positive attitude.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Strong analytical skill.

• Having experience in NETSUITE minimum 1 year.
