Property Manager

Position Name: Property Manager

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in & check-out.
• Always be available to manage guest needs, questions and any emergencies.
• Assist guests with arranging transportation, driver rentals and restaurant bookings if requested.
• Ensure that service bills are paid on time (e.g., electricity, wi-fi, etc.).
• Manage property inventory, keep track of supplies, restock when necessary, and ensure upkeep of all property items.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate operation staff to ensure that the property runs smoothly.
• Manage online bookings and communicate with guests before arrival through booking platforms and social media.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
• Create scheduled reports that consist of property operations, issues encountered, staffing updates, and marketing campaign performances.

Qualifications:

Education

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in property management or hospitality.
• Minimum Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in property booking platforms and booking systems.
• Understand local tourism trends and hospitality best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing teams in a hospitality setting.
• Proficient in handling social media platforms.
• Confident in appearing in front of a camera.
• Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, basic graphic design & video creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), landing page builders, and running promotions.
