PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER (BEAUTY COMPANY)

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

• Act as a spokesperson or media contact when needed; prepare press releases, Q&As, speeches, and other PR materials.

• Manage press events, interviews, and media briefings to drive positive coverage.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, digital, creative) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone.

• Monitor media coverage, analyze performance metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness.

• Manage crisis communications and provide strategic counsel during reputational issues.

• Stay up-to-date with media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in PR, preferably in a media or agency setting.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English

• Strong network of media contacts across multiple sectors (e.g. lifestyle, tech, business, etc.).

• Proven experience in handling high-profile campaigns and managing multiple accounts/projects.

• Confident, articulate, and comfortable in high-pressure communication situations.

• Proficient in media monitoring tools, analytics platforms, and social media engagement.

• Experience with integrated campaigns involving media, influencers, events, and digital PR.

• Strong understanding of Indonesias media landscape.

• Prior work with high-growth brands or startups is an advantage.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
