About the role

Join PT Kartika Sari Indonesia as a Quality Assurance Regulatory, a critical role within our Food Manufacturing division. This full-time position, based in Bandung West Java, will see you ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain the highest standards across our manufacturing and distribution operations

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues or non-conformances

• Review and analyse product quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Ensure all products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide expert guidance and training to production staff on quality principles and best practices

• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality management efforts

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in a quality assurance or control role, ideally within the manufacturing sector

• Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry regulations

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to interpret and apply quality-related data and metrics

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related technical field
