Quality Control Foreman

Job Specification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Food Technology / Chemical / Biology Engineering / Nutrition, or equivalent.

  • Experienced in handling snack product category.

  • Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.

  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.

  • Possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts).

  • Willing to be placed in Plant Majalengka / Plant Rancaekek / Plant Cicalengka (West Java, Indonesia).

Responsibility :

  • Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.

  • Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance against established KPIs.

  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
