Quality System Engineer Staff

  1. Implementation & Compliance

  2. Ensure adherence to the companys four major management systems (e.g., Quality System, EHS, QC080000 etc.), requirements from key customers, relevant domestic/international regulations, and corporate policies.

  3. Act as the focal point for implementing and maintaining compliance with all applicable standards (e.g., ISO, UL, ETL, etc.).

  4. Audits & Continuous Improvement:

  5. Plan and conduct internal system audits, process audits, and management reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of management system controls and ensure sustained compliance.

  7. Document Control & Standardization:

  8. Oversee the companys management system documentation, including standardization, revision control, and release management.

  9. Certification & External Audits:

o Lead third-party management system certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

o Maintain UL/ETL product certification audits and factory inspections.

o Coordinate customer audits and ensure timely closure of improvement requests.

  1. Additional Duties:

o Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Key Skills:

· Expertise in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EHS, or other management systems.

· Experience with UL/ETL certification processes and audit management.

· Strong document control, compliance knowledge.

· Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

· Collaborates with: Cross-functional teams, external auditors, and certification bodies.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of quality management experience with training in production management, quality control, and quality systems.

2. Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/QC 080000, capable of conducting internal, process, and product audits independently.

3. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/QC 080000 standards and related requirements.

4. Proficient in QC 7 Tools and core quality methodologies (APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA).

5. Fluent in English as a working language.

6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
