Quantitative Developer

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Quantitative Developer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and a passion for quantitative trading, algorithmic systems, and software development.The ideal candidate combines excellent programming skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset. You will contribute to the design and optimization of trading platforms and tools while collaborating closely with our quantitative analysts and researchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement mid- to low-latency trading platforms and infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with quantitative analysts and researchers to develop, backtest, and iterate trading strategies.

  • Prototype and test quantitative models in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Maintain and optimize live trading strategies, ensuring minimal execution latency.

  • Build tools for market data access, analysis, and trading simulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, ora related field. (All majors welcome; strong programming background preferred.)

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python in production or academic settings.

  • Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

  • Experience with C/C++, Rust, or Go is a strong advantage.

  • Exposure to cryptocurrency/DeFi , market structure, or financial data systems is a plus.

  • A passion for building robust systems from the ground up and continuously improvingperformance.

Bonus Points

  • Participation in competitive coding camps, online platforms (e.g., LeetCode, Codeforces), or machine learning certifications.

  • Participation in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) or similar mathematics/competitive programming contests (e.g., ICPC, IOI) is a strong plus
