Job Objective

Recruiter is responsible for the employer branding and fulfillment process of vacant positions. Creates the selection process by identifying vacancies and prioritizes critical jobs, by screening applications, profiling, interview, and refer qualified candidates to the appropriate placement.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, experience in mass recruitment is an advantage.

- Minimum GPA of 3.00.

- Able to administered psychological test tools.

- Experienced in having Behavioral Event Interview.

- Have good analytical and conceptual thinking.

- Have good communication skill.

- Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency.

- Willing to work temporary for 6 months.

- Placement: JAKARTA.
