Recruitment and Organization Development (Internship)
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Contribute to various OD activities such as job analysis, evaluation, and organization charts.
Support the performance plan, monitor and review process.
Qualification:
Final year student (6th or 7th semester) or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, job analysis, or performance management is a plus.
Detail-oriented, and fast learner.
Good analytical thinking and interest in HR data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Preferably based in Jabodetabek.
