Recruitment & People Development Supervisor
Requirement :
Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field
At least 5 years of proven experience and 3 years in a supervisory position in Recruitment & People Development
Preferable from Mining industry.
Experience managing recruitment targets and team coordination
Strong knowledge in training management, performance management, job design, job evaluation and culture development.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding top talent
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
Utilize job portals, social media, career fairs, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring goals.
Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and challenges.
Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and educational opportunities to address skill shortages and development requirements within the organization.
Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to align people development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
