Recruitment & People Development Supervisor

Requirement :

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field

• At least 5 years of proven experience and 3 years in a supervisory position in Recruitment & People Development

• Preferable from Mining industry.

• Experience managing recruitment targets and team coordination

• Strong knowledge in training management, performance management, job design, job evaluation and culture development.

Job Desc :

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding top talent

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

• Utilize job portals, social media, career fairs, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring goals.

• Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and challenges.

• Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and educational opportunities to address skill shortages and development requirements within the organization.

• Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to align people development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
