RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (BEAUTY COMPANY)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms

• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Build a strong talent pipeline through networking and proactive sourcing

• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding processes

• Maintain recruitment reports and documentation for internal tracking and audit purposes

• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws and company policies

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and ATS (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Experience in beauty industry

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Training or certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
