Recruitment Specialist

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  2. Create and post job advertisements across various platforms job portals

  3. Review and screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

  4. Schedule and conduct interviews (online and/or offline).

  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to understand staffing needs.

  6. Build and maintain a candidate database.

  7. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  8. Support and improve the companys employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.

  3. Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

  4. Ability to use basic psychological testing tools and interpret the results .

  5. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms (job portals)

  7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  8. High integrity and ability to work with tight deadlines.

  9. Experience in FTTH/ Telco and Head Hunter
