Role Description

We are currently looking for Regional Manager that live in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be involved with regional GT strategy & sales planning, new business development, client relationship management, performance monitoring, and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

1. Regional GT Strategy & Sales Planning

  • Develop and execute the regional General Trade (GT) strategy to achieve sales targets for vape retail stores.

  • Design monthly or quarterly sales plans, including inventory management, promotions, and revenue forecasting.

2. New Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and key accounts to expand market coverage.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with company pricing and compliance policies.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationship with existing clients, addressing concerns (e.g., product complaints, payment delays) to ensure satisfaction.

  • Monitor and enforce payment collection schedules to minimize overdue receivables.

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales KPIs, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to outperform competitors.

  • Provide regular reports on market insights, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of GT initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in GT/sales management, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or vape/tobacco industries

  • Industry Background: Prior experience with OV (OPPO/Vivo) distribution networks, vape competitors (e.g., Juul, RELX, Vuse), or FMCG giants (e.g., Unilever, Philip Morris) is a strong plus.

  • Local Network: Established connections with Indonesian retailers, distributors, or trade associations.

  • Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

  • Skills:

    1. Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

    2. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
