Job Responsibilities
- Creating a sales plan based on the annual sales target and lead the team to achieve the volumes and revenues target for the assigned region (selling in & selling out)
- Developing promotion and activation program plan within companys goal and budget and achieve the sales target
- Ensure implementation of brand activities in the area - aligning with the approved marketing policies and guidelines
- Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume
- Identify sales growth and new channel opportunity in the region
- Responsible for coverage strategy and supporting the team in the design of maximum coverage strategy based on the regions population, profile, number of outlets, business potential etc.
- Handle KPI setting and initiate good setting of KPIs (sales targets, distribution targets, visibility targets, phasing targets, etc) for the entire sales team as per the trade marketing code and ensure that such KPIs are communicated and shared to the team;
- Supervising Distributor Management and manage distributor valuation and record, to get the best in class distributor as Clients partners;
- Managing end to end process of sales movements through distributor partners (Stock, Service level, Coverage, AR, AP, reporting) and the process improvement continuously;
- Conduct achievement review and periodical appraisals of the achievement of each team member against the pre-determined standards of achievement to identify the areas of strengths and improvements;
- Achieves assigned sales target by maximizing promotion and sales activity of companys products
- Monitoring of competition, market, and rivals and providing of constant feedback to head office on rival activities and threat and give suggestions on how to compete better and lead the market;
- Responsible to deliver the sales plan & strategy towards the whole sales field through their Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Supervisor
- Promotes and instills companys values in all levels of employee
- Responsible to prepare the Sales Report and reporting it directly to the Head of Sales in head office (Jakarta)
- Leads the Sales Team for the assigned region, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
The Successful Applicant :
- Applicants must be willing to work in : East Java
- Minimum 10 years in Sales Management as well as Distributor Management in FMCG industry.
- At least 3 years experience in the same position
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
- Strong sales driven and high energy
- Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline
- Strategic thinking with superior business judgement
- Have the ability to lead representative sales team in order to achieve companys goals
- Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
- Strong and proven leadership
- Excellent communications skill
