Relationship Officer - Banking Industry (All Indonesia)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer to join our team. You will serve as the frontliner of our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and develop new customer portfolios (funding/lending).

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

• Provide financial solutions tailored to customers needs.

• Achieve the assigned sales targets for banking products.

• Conduct preliminary analysis of customer profiles and creditworthiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in any major.

• Maximum age of 30 years old.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Relationship Officer (RO) in banking industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
