Operational Auditor 1 - BSD

Job Descriptions:

• Design and execute risk-based operational audits across business units, focusing on processes, compliance, and controls.

• Review operational workflows and systems to uncover inefficiencies, control weaknesses, or legal non-compliance.

• Identify operational and compliance risks, assess their likelihood/impact, and document clear remediation strategies.

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders, including recommendations and follow-up plans.

• Propose process improvements based on audit findings to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Track implementation of audit recommendations and re-audit, if needed.

• Participate in targeted audits or fraud investigations as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Audit, or related major.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role.
• Certified (CISA, CIA certification or other similar certification) will be a plus.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies, risk frameworks, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities

• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
