We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy part-time remote assistant to join our team! Perfect for students, fresh graduates, or freelancers who want flexible working hours and real-world experience in digital tools, accounting, and multimedia.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Smart, fast learner, and self-motivated
• Proficient in:
• SQL Accounting System
• Canva and CapCut
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generators, automation tools)
• Owns a good computer/laptop and stable internet connection
• Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English

Job Details

• Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
• Trial Period: 1-month apprenticeship (unpaid)
• Allowance: Rp 700,000/month (after confirmation)
• Flexible hours (approx. 15-25 hours/week, target-based)

Tasks May Include

• Data entry, reporting, and account support using SQL Accounting
• Designing posters & visuals in Canva
• Creating/editing short videos using CapCut
• Supporting with AI tools for automation or content
• General admin tasks using Excel and PowerPoint
