Reservation Agent

We are looking for a new team member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, guest inquiries, and assisting with all reservation-related activities to ensure smooth operations at our hotel/villas.

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage online reservations through OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) and integrate them to the local system accordingly.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, extensions, and no-show reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and online channels, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and policies.
• Coordinate guest requests for additional services such as airport transfers, transport bookings, and special accommodations.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the reservation system.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure that all guest requests and booking details are communicated effectively.

Requirements:

• Bali domicile
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) and Google Sheets.
• Experience in handling online bookings and familiar with a booking channel manager is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to start immediately.
