Were looking for a professional with experience in retail and partner relationship management. This role reports to the Retail Area Manager and Head of Partner Acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee store performance for Trade-In, including collections, active stores, and promoters.

• Support and grow active stores from onboarding to expansion.

• Train partners on Trade-In programs and company processes.

• Manage and lead expansion field teams when needed.

• Gather feedback and report insights to management.

• Bachelors degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management equivalent;

• At least 2-year experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment;

• Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently;

• Ability to use MS Office is a must;

• Quick learner and self-starter;

• High attention to detail;

• Process-driven & Loves problem-solving

• English proficiency is an advantage.
