Retail Marketing Support

VIVA Apotek is a Retail Pharmacy Industry with more than 100++ outlet around Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Java, Bali, and Medan. We are commit to build an excellent service at Apotek with a tagline "PASTI SEHAT, PASTI HEMAT". We are currently looking for talent that have experience and interest in Retail Marketing area.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible to create and present Weekly & Monthly Report of Retail Marketing (including Promotion, Marketing Intiatives, and Point of Sales Materials (POSM)).

2. Monitoring daily outlet activities such as Booth, Local Promo, and Medical Check.

3. Actively looking for strategic partner (Local & Multi-brand) to build a partnership in order to increase awareness and good image of VIVA Apotek. Include create and maintain the partnership program.

4. Create and develop community and maintain good relation with communities around VIVA Apotek.

5. Support offline event of VIVA Apotek such as Booth, Special Event, Sponsorship, Internal and External Events.

6. Collect documentations (Photos & Videos) of event / community activities for report and evaluation.

7. Educate community about products & promotions through Offline or Whatsapp.

8. Collecting feedback from community, event participants, or partner after event.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in any major (Prioritize Marketing/Communication/Public Relation).

2. Have 2 years experiences as Brand Partnership / Brand Campaign / Retail Marketing Offline.

3. Excellent in Microsoft Office.

4. Pro-active, Good Communication, and High-Initiative.

5. Able to work in a Fast-paced industry and able to work multi-tasking.

6. Ready to work mobile (if needed for event) and do offline event visit.

Work Location: Head Office, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
