• Prepare pharmaceutical supplies according to the request form to be distributed to all parties who need them
• Ensure the completeness of administrative data on the release of pharmaceutical goods from the warehouse to maintain complete inventory
• Carrying out labeling activities for goods according to requirements, including barcode, LASA and high alert labeling
• Checking the inventory of medicines and medical devices regularly to report discrepancies in goods and goods that will expire to superiors
• Monitor room and refrigerator temperatures and maintain humidity levels in the pharmaceutical warehouse periodically
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, equipment, and other facilities and infrastructure in the pharmaceutical warehouse, including the storage of existing medicines and medical devices, storage of medicines and medical devices in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Deliver medicines and medical devices to the inpatient treatment room according to the inpatient medicine delivery form
• Help the Pharmacist Assistant to take medication to another room if the required medication is not available or there is insufficient stock
• Make a recap of delivery data and calculate the time (timer) before and after the delivery activity
• Assist in the collection and preparation of household supplies and equipment (rags, mats, etc.)
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

• Minimum High School Graduate from any related major
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
