Russian Speaker Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for Russian-speaking property owners, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
Provide ongoing account management for Russian-speaking property owners, being their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
Oversee account management for Russian-speaking B2B partners, fostering strong business relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Act as the escalation point for issues raised by Russian-speaking guests, promptly addressing and resolving problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to Russian-speaking owners and partners regarding performance, key metrics, and potential challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of client requests and concerns.
Address feedback from Russian-speaking clients, identifying opportunities for service improvements.
Recommend and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain detailed records of all communications, requests, and outcomes for Russian-speaking clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both spoken and written Russian is essential.
Previous experience in customer service or account management, particularly with Russian-speaking clients or within the hospitality/real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for internal collaboration and client interaction.
Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience with CRM tools and property management systems is a plus.
Adaptability to changing client needs and business priorities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
