SAAS Sales Manager
Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in digital payment services, modern transaction systems, and data-driven marketing solutions. As a super aggregation platform, the company provides a comprehensive range of payment channels, methods, merchant types, and integration models.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with major/key accounts.
- Strong team leadership skills, with experience in motivating teams and coordinating across departments.
- Background in SaaS or similar digital solutions companies is highly preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a management role within the SaaS or software industry is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Break down annual and quarterly sales targets; ensure the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements; adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; optimize appraisal systems and incentive mechanisms.
- Provide coaching and training on SaaS product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer insights.
- Lead key account research, acquisition, and long-term relationship management.
- Focus on maximizing customer retention and increasing conversion to value-added services.
- Champion a subscription-based revenue mindset, prioritizing customer lifetime value over one-time transactions.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.
