We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Sales Administrator Qualifications & Skills

• Associates degree or higher in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Call center experience
• Experience with a CRM system
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Sales Administrator Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to members over the phone, email, and in person
• Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and transactions
• Process new memberships, renewals, and upgrades
• Provide information on organization products and services
• Assist members with account maintenance and updates
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded
