- Min. 3 years of working experience as Sales/Marketing in Market Research Property business/consultant as Client Services or related
- Experienced and able to manage multiple clients while looking for new opportunities
- Have good knowledge of marketing strategies
- Strong communication, Negotation and Prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Ability to understand clients needs and negotiate cost and services
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
