Sales & Client Relations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification (Pre-sale):

- Make first contact with leads (chat or phone);

- Assess lead quality, budget, and motivation;

- Record results in CRM system (Kommo).

2. Client Management & Sales Process:

- Conduct communication with qualified leads (calls, Zoom, offline meetings);

- Present projects and guide clients through the decision process;

- Keep CRM data updated (deal stages, tasks, notes, follow-ups).

3. B2B Partnerships:

- Find and onboard international agents/agencies;

- Manage partner registration and ongoing support;

- Handle B2B deal flow and agent-assisted transactions.

4. Document Handling:

- Prepare agency and client contracts;

- Maintain organized deal documentation;

- Understand basic sales admin and real estate paperwork.

5. Post-Sale Support (Key area):

- Send invoices and manage payment follow-up;

- Share construction updates and project news with buyers;

- Stay in touch with clients after purchase and assist with post-sale requests (e.g. furnishing, key handover).

Requirements:

- Based in Bali (or planning relocation);

- Excellent English (written & spoken) — required;

- Bahasa Indonesia — native/fluent;

- At least 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles;

- CRM experience preferred (Kommo is a plus);

- Highly organized, responsive, and solution-oriented;

- Clear communicator with a sense of responsibility;

- Interest in architecture, real estate, or design is a bonus.
