Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

We are a growing digital transformation and web development agency based in Bali, serving international and local clients across multiple industries. Our projects range from high-performance SaaS platforms to custom websites and advanced CMS integrations. Were now looking to expand our in-house development team with a skilled and reliable Senior Full-Stack Web Developer.

Role Overview

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Convex, and Supabase.

• Integrate complex APIs and develop secure, modular backend systems.

• Lead or contribute to WordPress-based website projects, including custom themes, plugin development, and optimization.

• Translate UI/UX designs (e.g., from Figma) into clean, responsive frontend code.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver modern digital solutions.

• Implement RBAC and authentication flows (e.g., Clerk, Auth.js, or custom JWT).Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel, integrate CI/CD via GitHub Actions.

• Support with architectural decisions and ensure code quality through best practices.

Tech Stack

Frontend: Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, ShadCN UI

Backend: Convex (or Node.js), REST/GraphQL APIs, Supabase

Visualization: Chart.js, Recharts

CMS: WordPress (custom theme and plugin development a must)

Auth: Clerk, Auth.js, JWT

DevOps: GitHub Actions, Vercel

Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (OpenAI), and Headless CMS experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development

• Proven experience in web agencies or similar fast-paced environments

• Strong skills in WordPress development (not just template customization)

• Deep understanding of web performance, SEO-friendly development, and scalable architecture

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate (must be physically present in Indonesia)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Agency experience

• Background working with premium or creative brands

• Familiarity with 3D visualization or digital production workflows
