Sales Data Analyst

As a one of top company in the fashion retail industry, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Data Analyst to join our team in Bandung, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business challenges.
• Create informative and easy-to-understand reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market targets, customer demands, and product preferences.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization software.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for sales and a desire to contribute to business growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of machine learning is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create effective reports and presentations.
• Available to join immediately & willing to work onsite (WFO) at our Bandung office.
