Sales Engineer - Mining & Palm Oil Industry (Kalimantan Based)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on the mining and palm oil sectors. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and an established network within the industry. You will be based in Kalimantan, working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining and palm oil industries.

• Open new customer accounts and maintain the existing customer base to ensure long-term business relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through industry networking and market research.

• Provide technical consultation and support to clients, ensuring optimal product and service delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the region.

• Travel locally within Kalimantan and Sulawesi to meet clients, conduct site visits, and support sales activities.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the mining or palm oil industries - Industry Focus: Mining & Palm Oil

• Strong network and understanding of the Kalimantan market.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

• Domicile: Preferred in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
