Sales Executive (FMCG)

Adecco Group is a global HR solutions company, currently supporting clients in the FMCG Company to find a Sales Executive to be placed in Bandung/Sukabumi Area

Responsibility:

• Execute National Programs within the region in alignment with the Channel Development GT team.

• Collaborate closely with the Area Operation Team to ensure seamless implementation of trade marketing initiatives.

• Develop and support local trade marketing activities to capitalize on regional business opportunities.

• Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to both the Channel Development Manager GT and Regional Sales Manager.

• Ensure effective utilization of trade marketing tools and materials across the General Trade channel.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.

• Strong understanding of the General Trade channel and regional trade dynamics.

• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
