Job Desc :
Achieve the company sales target
Make Sure all the sales person do input sales open leads in daily bases
Monitor the leads potensial buyer from sales
Motivate every sales team member for achieve the target
Make A Training for sales team
Help sales team to handle customer complain
Make A Sales Program and Sales Startegic
Requirement :
Ability to lead, manage and motivate team to maximize sales revenue stream
Max 40 years old
Must have a stable and proven track record in managing an Sales department (min 10 years experience as Supervisor & 5 years as Manager)
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous experience in the automotive industry and start up company is a plus
English is a must
Able to operate computer include excel, word, powerpoint, and google sheet
