Sales Manager

Job Desc :

  • Achieve the company sales target

  • Make Sure all the sales person do input sales open leads in daily bases

  • Monitor the leads potensial buyer from sales

  • Motivate every sales team member for achieve the target

  • Make A Training for sales team

  • Help sales team to handle customer complain

  • Make A Sales Program and Sales Startegic

Requirement :

  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate team to maximize sales revenue stream

  • Max 40 years old

  • Must have a stable and proven track record in managing an Sales department (min 10 years experience as Supervisor & 5 years as Manager)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and start up company is a plus

  • English is a must

  • Able to operate computer include excel, word, powerpoint, and google sheet
