Sales Officer

Sales Officer will report directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role also involves close collaboration with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Existing Sales Activities:

  • Manage contract administration and implementation for gas pipeline, virtual pipeline, and energy solution services.

  • Provide customer service and handle billing processes.

  • Manage complaints and gas nomination processes.

  • Support and improve ongoing contract performance.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and programs.

New Sales Development:
  • Build a database of potential customers and conduct market surveys.

  • Participate in exhibitions, expos, and customer education events.

  • Conduct site visits and customer gatherings.

  • Perform feasibility studies and develop commercial proposals.

  • Lead project management efforts for new customer acquisition.

Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.

  • Proven ability to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer dynamics.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
