About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Project building materials to join our growing team at PT Dekoramik Perdana in Semarang, Central Java.   • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to provide consultative sales support
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Familiarity with the building materials market and regulations in Indonesia
