Sales Support

Qualifications and Job Scopes :

• Education - Candidate must possess at least bachelors degree / diploma preferably majoring in transportation.

• CRM Proficiency - Experience with tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines.

• Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiar with import/export documents such as BL, COO, Inward Manifest, PIB/PEB knowledge is a plus.

• Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal skills for interacting with clients, sales reps, and internal teams.

• Administrative Duties - Arranging meeting appointment with client, preparing sales proposals, processing orders, process e-procurement filling, and maintaining accurate daily records.

• Reporting - Generating performance reports or analysing sales trends for the sales.

• Problem-Solving - Ability to troubleshoot customer issues or resolve order discrepancies.

• Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in pricing, contracts, and deliverables.

• Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transportation industry. Recent experience in freight forwarding is preferred. Fresh graduates with Logistics background are welcome.

• Adaptability - Managing multiple tasks and aligning with shifting sales priorities. Understand the department process flow, Monitor, and Improve efficiency.

• Teamwork - Collaborating effectively with sales staff and other departments.

• Willing to work out of office hours.

• Work area in Bandung

• Fluent and good communication in English both written and spoken

• Fluent on operating MS Offices

• Able to work as team, obedient, independent as fast learner

• Capable to work on pressure and practiced in handling multi tasks
