SAP Supporter (Fluent English)

Full Requirement :

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

1 Minimum 4 years of experience as Supporter/Consultant

2 Proficient level of English (reading, writing, speaking)

3 Good customer service skills

4 Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate at any level of

the organization, making yourself understood by both technicians and nontechnicians

5 Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

6 Ability to work independently, structured, ensure follow-up, and prioritize work

7 Strong team player, able to work across cultures and share opinions or knowledge with colleagues

NICE-TO-HAVE / BONUS SKILLS

1 Experience with S/4 HANA

2 Experience with Retail processes / SAP AFS/ SAP for Fashion

4 Experience with Dynamics 365

5 Academic background in economy, sales, logistics, or similar

6 Experience working with Service Now support system

Full Job Desk :

1 End-User Support:

Provide timely support to business users across SAP modules. Help identify whether an issue is user error, a process gap, or something that needs escalation

2 Ticket Management:

Handle calls from creation to closure using Service Now

3 Documentation Execution & Maintenance:

Execute standard operating procedures and troubleshooting steps based on SAP consultant-provided documentation. Actively maintain, improve, and suggest updates to ensure documentation stays accurate and useful for end users and the support team.

4 System Monitoring & Issue Detection:

Perform daily checks on SAP systems to detect and prevent issues proactively

5 Testing & Access Support:

Assist with testing new features, changes, and user access management in collaboration with consultants or SAP Basis team
