Maximum age: 35 years old Minimum education: Bachelors degree (preferably in Human Resources Management, Humanities, or Psychology) Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field/industry Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Canva Possesses strong analytical thinking, presentation, interpersonal, and adaptability skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds Placement in Kelapa Gading

Analyze the needs for the dissemination of core values or corporate culture and other related activities to support the effective implementation of the companys culture. Develop strategic plans and programs for the dissemination and integration of corporate culture in alignment with the companys objectives. Take full responsibility for managing, evaluating, and providing follow-up actions for activities related to the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture. Design and implement coaching and mentoring programs focused on corporate culture, and ensure proper monitoring of their execution. Collaborate with relevant departments and units to facilitate the dissemination and monitor the implementation of the companys Core Values and culture.
