Security Solution Delivery Specialist

• Design, implement, and deliver integrated security solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients existing security measures and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical staff, to create comprehensive security proposal documents.
• Oversee the deployment of security solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to client teams on the effective use of security solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends to ensure solutions remain competitive and effective.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues related to security solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed security reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in security solution delivery or technical roles within the ICT industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
• Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
