About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT Sorin Maharasa. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful brand strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. This position is based in Cibinong, Bogor, West Java.

What youll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing plans to elevate the visibility and perception of our brand

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning

• Creating engaging content and campaigns across various channels to effectively communicate our brands unique value proposition

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints

• Measuring and analysing campaign performance to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement

• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify innovative brand-building initiatives

• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the marketing team to develop their brand management skills

What were looking for

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the marketing and communications industry

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present and sell ideas

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in brand marketing, including digital and social media strategies

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
