Customer Service Relation
Primary Job Role :
Actively communicate with customers and perform administrative functions
Main Task:
Serve customers quickly and friendly
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Doing end to end administration process
Job Qualifications :
Maximum 30 years old
Minimum SMA, D3/S1 is preferred
Minimum 2 years of workinng experience at equivalent
Customer Centricity
Strong customer handling skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Energetic & Communicative
Passionate
Policy:
6 working days a week
Willing to work under shift schedule
Placement as needed (Current need: CIBINONG, JAKARTA UTARA, JAKARTA BARAT)
