About the role

PT Oasis Waters International is seeking a talented Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cibinong, Bogor West Java. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving our mechanical engineering initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What youll be doing

• Design, develop and optimise mechanical systems and components to support the companys operations

• Conduct research, testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards

• Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the companys capabilities

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
