Job Description:

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Lead meetings and present proposals to potential clients

  • Work closely with internal teams

  • Develop strategies to increase sales and grow the business

  • Monitor market trends and activities

  • Create reports and share insights with management

  • Manage the full business development process from planning to deal closing

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development. Preferably in media, telecom/SIP, or BPO industries

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Understanding of digital customer journeys and B2B solutions

  • Able to manage multiple projects and work independently

  • Strategic, target-driven, and proactive mindset
