- Work with various stakeholders to get understand the business context and the current business problems.
- Develop data marts and business dashboards to give visibility to business leaders about business performance.
- Disseminate information regarding metrics definition, dashboards/reports, or insights.
- Performs analysis using a statistical approach to answer deeper questions and generate actionable insights that may not have been answered in the existing dashboards to support business in decision making.
- Looks for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a Data Analyst.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in analytics.
- High proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Possess strong in solving problems using quantitative and statistical approaches (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing).
- Possess structured critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise and actionable manner.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment when dealing with competing priorities.
