Description

Future Pipe Industries Indonesia is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and ensure timely maintenance and repair of electrical systems to minimize production downtime.

Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with leadership experience.

• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and handling industrial electrical systems.

• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team to prioritize and perform electrical system repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Manage and update the preventive maintenance schedule.

• Provide guidance and feedback to the team for performance improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

• Understanding electrical standard & Automation

• Leadership and team motivation abilities.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD, etc.).
