Factory Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Reports to the CEO and has primary responsibility for managing all operations workshop implementation.
• Lead and manage all plant operations with a focus on efficiency and performance improvement.
• Opportunity to utilise strategic planning skills within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Hands on for manage Engineering or other departement related.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Oversee all plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve set objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality control.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the engineering industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum having more than 10 years of sound experience working in EPC Company.
• Work experience in Civil, Architect & Mechanical.
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills.
• Education: Bachelors degree/Magister in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical engineering or equivalent level.
• proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
• Excellent command of English (Minimum TOEFL ITP 590/TOEFL IBT 96/TOEIC 785/British Council 500).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team leader.
• Maturing Character.
• Placement in Serang or Ready to be placed anywhere.
