On behalf of our client from footwear manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin speaker) to join their growing team for placement in Serang, Banten.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and annual budgets with regular assessments to monitor and analyze performance against the budget.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, review, and verify financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Cash Management: Oversee cash flow and allocate funds appropriately to support smooth business operations, based on the companys financial status.
• Accounting: Create and check reports of purchases, sales, debts, cash/bank, and merchandise inventory. Check the recording of journals. According to the companys business processes, review various expenses and conduct account processing.
• Tax Planning: Stay updated on tax policies, regulations, and implementation guidelines; provide consultation and interpretation to ensure compliance. Develop tax strategies and oversee tax filing processes in alignment with company operations. Coordination with tax offices, tax consultants, auditors. Drafting & reporting the Annual Tax Return of the company
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop control strategies for financial risks, ensuring a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, upholding strict compliance practices.
• Team Management: Lead the finance team, handling recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation to foster a skilled and cohesive team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (min HSK 5), English, and Indonesian.
• Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in related field.
• Have tax brevet A&B
• Proven work experience in a multinational corporation or reputable Indonesian company.
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills; proficient in financial and office software.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, Ability to work effectively under pressure,
• Have tax brevet A&B
• Willing to travel out of town
