Senior Legal Manager - Corporate

About the Role

Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if youre ready to join our Corporate and International Legal team as Senior Legal Manager. In this role, you will be an integral player of the legal team based in Jakarta. As Senior Legal Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing general corporate and structural matters of GoTo Group entities, and also provide legal support to cross-functional teams within the Group such as Human Resources, as well as to GoTo Impact Foundation, an independent non-profit organization established by the Group. In addition, you may also have the opportunity to assist the team on M&A and capital markets transactions. In this role, you will liaise closely with various internal teams and your efforts will directly influence decision making, ensuring that business activities may be conducted in line with relevant legal requirements.

About the Team

Youll be part of the Corporate and International Legal team, a group of passionate individuals serving as a strategic partner of GoTo Group on all legal matters concerning M&A and capital markets transactions, partnerships, proprietary investments and Group corporate structure, advising on important transactions and other matters influencing the direction of the Group. The team also provides invaluable legal support to Human Resources and other cross-functional teams of the Group and to the GoTo Impact Foundation. As a team, were concerned not only with the growth of GoTo Group, but also each others professional growth and well-being. We have regular professional development sessions to help improve the legal acumen of our team members, and also take time to bond over our shared interests.
